  1. Bump dependencies, update types 

    `Node` is out, `AnyNode` is in. `AnyNode` is a tagged union, which makes it easier to deal with the nodes.

Also add `context` as an additional property to all `parse` functions. This means we no longer have to create a copy of the options object to set this property.
