These build on Win 10 Pro N 1703 with an external switch shared with Host OS - this part is critical given hashicorp/packer#5023 |

The changes added to the main Ubuntu preseed file in #838 are missing from this hyper-v variant, would you mind opening a PR to add them in? :-)
