Refactor of RStudio's 'Solarized Light' theme to an all-black-and-white theme with highlighting on selection only.

Within directory .../RStudio/www/rstudio replace the existing 2F5....cache.css with the downloaded file
In RStudio IDE select Solarized Light via Tools>Global Options...>Appearance>Editor theme:
