Autoreply possible ratelimit bug

Since the autoreply queue i feel like it sometimes it swallows the reply I want. Like when I press the bind it replys to some older message and then I press it again and it does not trigger.

Maybe its me spamming it too fast so it gets ratelimited in chat but the autoreply thinks its sent so it removes the entry from the queue.

Maybe its a another issue but ^ is def a thing so try to also ratelimit autoreply and not lose messages.
