kernel: dwc_otg: prevent OOPSes during device disconnects

See: raspberrypi/linux#334 firmware: camera: Code to support RGB888 output from camera component firmware: camera: Tuning change to crosstalk to eliminate 'maze' like artifacts in lens flares.
