Description
Making new backup of database.
Don't forget to change the theme files to limit comment, RSS, meta, and login links, and search fields.

Next run wget --mirror --cut-dirs=1 -P wordpress-static -nH -np -p -k -E http://localhost/wordpress/
The resulting contents of wordpress-static have uploads, plugins, etc, but no actual content.
