The problem and reason why this package hasn't been updated yet is because the 32bit MSI is missing from their website.

As I haven't been able to find any official mentions about 32bit support being dropped, I have started a discussion internally on what the future of this package will be. Until this discussion have run its course, the package have been completely disabled in this repository, and won't be updated.

We've had a vote casted internally, and decided to drop 32bit support for InkScape.
