It appears that the old app and site are going out of commission;

Recently we notified you that the EV JuiceNet app along with web browser access to your charger via home.juice.net will no longer be supported after February 20, 2023 and control of your chargers must be done via the new JuicePass app (Enel X Way app).

Thoughts?

I'm in the same boat. Enel X Way sent an email saying that they would be deprecating the home.juice.net (along with the current API) on 2/20/23 but it looks like they've started migrating some users before this - including me. I was basically forced to "upgrade" my account to the new system in order to continue using my Juicebox - even with their app.

I installed my Juicebox today and setup the Homebridge plugin. While I can add the plugin, enable and link the bridge to my Home app, I am not able to see any associated devices. Does this relate to the issues described in this thread?

Do you see your device listed on https://home.juice.net/Portal

If not, then you will need to call enelx tech-support, and have them downgrade you to the old juicenet platform.
