[DOC]: Pagination links in footer sometimes break

Repro:

• Visit https://docs.trychroma.com/production/deployment
• Scroll to footer
• Click "Client Server Mode ->" next-page link
• 404 page

I think it has to do with the configuration of that page where "Deployment" is its own page but doesn't have a section/sub-pages. E.g. can also repro from https://docs.trychroma.com/reference/chroma-reference click link to bottom to "Client". The first part of the path after docs.trychroma.com is getting stripped. Like it goes from https://docs.trychroma.com/reference/chroma-reference to https://docs.trychroma.com/python/client instead of https://docs.trychroma.com/reference/python/client which is where that page lives.

Looks like this happens for every page on "CLI."
