Recieving messages from saltstack bus works, they are logged to standard out

a very small example startup verticle is included that makes alot of assumptions about credentials, host uri, etc

if you are using this as a library in your vertx enabled program, just read through saltConnection.groovy, and write your own version of it, instead of launching this as a verticle/stand alone demo.
