News such as: https://foreignpolicy.com/2018/08/15/botched-cia-communications-system-helped-blow-cover-chinese-agents-intelligence/ mention that the CIA used a terrible web based system to communicate with its spies, and similar websites of the communication network were found even on Google based on queries from previous ones.
Therefore, there must be web archives of those websites. I wish I could see those web archives just out of morbid curiosity.
