OPA V0.42.1 not available for download. You can not manually download this version from site.

Trying to install with OPA V0.42.2 or V0.60.0 does not work

The OPA website no longer shows the 0.42.1 version, but it is still downloadable at https://www.openpolicyagent.org/downloads/v0.42.1/opa_windows_amd64.exe.

However, when installing ScubaGear v1.0.0, the OPA binary will be automatically installed by running Setup.ps1 as indicated in the README.md. You can also run theOPA.ps1 script separately to download it as well if you've already run the setup.

#641 #745 The updated instructions/download script for other versions of OPA missed making it into main before the v1.0 release. When we merge our next milestone branch into main the instructions will be more accurate.
