Motivation and context

• Update the baseline version to sync with the upcoming release.
• This steps is also essential prior to creating a temporary branch for the updates related to the next release (Driftwood) to prevent version number merge conflicts

Implementation notes

Update the version for all the baseline policies

Acceptance criteria

• Version number is updated in all the baseline markdown files
• Version number is updated in the rego code and unit tests
• Smoke test the tool and ensure reports are generated as expected with updated version numbers
