Should update the Form CR-3 Instruction Manual to link to the most recent 2024 manual, not the 2019 one as it currently does. Screenshot below:

Now check out the footer of the VZV dashboard. "Privacy" links to an empty austintexas.gov page. Get rid of or find the proper replacement? Actually this link seems to work on Chrome but not for me on Firefox, curious if anyone can replicate.

"Powered by Data and Technology Services" links to a broken 404 page. I think we want to be linking to our team website https://austinmobility.io/
