Included are changes to the VZE which direct the GridRangePicker's component to use the DatePicker's
minDatefunctionality to limit the age which the UI will allow searches for crashes to be performed.Also included are change to the Socrata export process which limits the data being inserted into the open data set to crashes 10 years old or less.
