[REF] [Import] Remove unused field get action
The 'fieldTypes' form variable is ONLY used in the Contact Import class but the joys of copy & paste mean it is on th others too....
Before
Field is set a lot, it is got a little & in exactly one of those cases is it used....
After
poof - only the import class instance remains
