Introduce Color Picker for features where is it is possible to define color or background color so that users can insert color they want:

Feature (font): Introduced the color picker feature for font colors. Closes #10988.

Feature (ui): Introduced the color picker view. See #10988.

MINOR BREAKING CHANGE (font): Color picker is now added by default to the font colors dropdowns allowing to chose any color. In places where users should use a limited number of colors, it is possible to disable color picker using a configuration option.
