📃 Iteration 34 roadmap 📃

This post outlines our targets for the upcoming iteration. The goal is to provide a summary of where we are going.

New features / enhancements

• A convenient UI for changing the image's width to a predefined size (also resetting the image size).
• Autolinking
• Safer markers conversion to data
• Distinguishing between inside and outside <code>
• Easier replacing link text
• Introducing RawElement to make it simpler to implement features like "embedding raw HTML"
• editor.setData() will finally clear undo stack
• We're also looking to do some API refactoring to improve the developer experience.

Finally, there are some more bug fixes and minor improvements planned for the 34th iteration. See the list of issues assigned to the current iteration for more details.

Dates

The code freeze is planned on July the 23rd, followed by releasing npm packages and social followup on July the 29th.

Please keep in mind that these plans are subject to change and even though we put all our energy to deliver all the items mentioned above, the iteration plan may change at any point.
