Fix (media-embed): Fixes focus after adding media - now the focus is moved to editable instead of the button in the toolbar. Closes #12186.
Additional information
Does not work well for grouped toolbar (when the editor is shrinked the toolbar won't be closed after moving focus to editable) but this will be covered by #12207.
