Bump to version v0.1.0

Once accepted, I anticipate to make this repo public.

This PR adds the following features

  • Documentation generated by sphinx (see also [WIP] Documentation #18)
  • Capability to initiate the app with unchained_nonlinear_fits (see also [WIP] Multi model api #32)
  • Capability to adding descriptions to plots including a default description for the residuals (see also Plot descriptions #33)
  • Modifies the FitGUI initialization to automate the Dash app setup if not provided. Note that run_server now returns a FitGUI instance instead of an Dash instance (see also [WIP] App wrapper #34)
  • Adding LICENCE and CONTRIBUTING (please check if this works for you)

This closes

and partially addresses (but not closes)
