Need test suite.

Options:

  1. ✔️ from scratch
  2. clone jpencconverter java tests (least preferred)
  3. clone tests from other Python library, e.g. chi_io
  4. ✔️ defer and rely on Puren Tonbo test suite

And test with Python 2.7 and 3.x.
NOTE https://github.com/clach04/puren_tonbo/actions/runs/11772399547 shows a successful run with PyPy 2.7.

Known to work with Python 3.12.1 Under Windows with pycryptodome 3.20.0
