How to get colored --help output

With clap v4, the output of --help does not have color. It is bold and underlined.

I prefer color. I must have color.

How do I get rid of this boring, hideous black and white output and get colored output?

We are tracking that in #3234 which is one of our top priorities though #1433 is needed along the way.

This has currently been delayed for two reasons

• I'm on family-related leave and not getting to as much clap work
• I have a higher priority task in another crate (toml)
