Now the project is usable we should add a global readme to explain the purpose and present some guidelines which could be improved and enriched in future

could be a good idea to also speak about the deployment mode of the agent (sandard vs proxy) and some useful and important agent configuration like disableHostDimension, dimension override (globalDimensions vs extraDimensions) and serverless mode of helm chart.

may be a note about heartbeat also:

• could be at different level depending on the module (and what it monitors): alert for each instance / resource like for ec2 or heartbeat at "intergation" level only like for newrelic
• heartbeat could be not relevant in some situations like extremely temporal and dynamic workloads (kubernetes, serverless) or simply when we cannot be able to "pre filter state" to avoid false alert (cloud providers provide the state of VM to exclude terminated instances but not possible for on premise).
