Add CloudFront stream to Kinesis log format

Added a new format for Kinesis streams since the log format changes considerably in CloudFront when you're using real-time logging.

This is handy if you're streaming from CloudFront to Kinesis and then digesting logs in real-time with a lambda.

Coverage remained the same at 100.0% when pulling 0ec7402 on amineo:master into 470a10f on claygregory:master.
