- include Makefile builds, as they seem to differ from CMake builds
- include Makefile tests
- do some smoke tests of pmtiles/mbtiles output
Only for Linux / Mac OS X Still todo: actually install needed deps, run make test
vcpkg isn't installed by default, and I'm not familiar enough with how to install + use it. Hopefully the Makefile build will catch Apple Silicon issues
Future work: ensure they're the same.
