Both model also support a wheel resolution param, which is 0.0 by default.

This creates #24 on top of
indigo-devel.Now I provide the linear and quadratic model, so the user can select them (in this PR only at compilation time, changing the code). Both models also support a wheel resolution param, which is 0.0 by
default.
In future PRs I'd allow to change from one model to the other using a static (or dynamic) param, and also for the integration method.
