Vis-timeline package was introduced in #2013, files conflict now. |

I will close this PR and create a new one for the current version 6.3.1 based on the contributed one. Especially the externs were insufficient. |

The VisJS project is not maintained anymore (see almende/vis#4259 (comment))
Instead, there is a community fork which splits all components of VisJS into individual libraries. This PR packages the timeline 2d chart.
