CloudEvents Chinese manual aims to provide a fast and brief introduction of CloudEvents in Chinese for people who are new to CloudEvents.

In order to lower the difficulty of reading and accelerate the spread of CloudEvents for Chinese developers, I'd like to translate a Chinese Version Specification based on the English one .
Currently, works have been done based on the spec v1.0:
README.md, primer.md and spec.md.
Other documents in v1.0 as well as documents in v1.0.1 will be translated later if necessary.
It would be my honor to spread and contribute to CloudEvents.
