Add contact links for v2 beta and API support

Point folks toward the v2 discussion for feature request & feedback instead of opening an issue.

I believe this has to be on the master branch for this to work until we merge (I already added this and issue templates in the generated repo), hence the separate PR. Feel free to tweak as desired
