Downloads a wranglerjs release from GitHub and install it in {Wrangler}'s cache;
globally.
Closes #133
This change also contains a few {wranglerjs} renames.
In non-release mode, we can use {wranglerjs} directly from the
{wrangler} source.
Use build script to inject {Wrangler}'s source directory and indicate
the profile.

Removed the build step from #163.
Merging it as is will break because no wranglerjs releases exist now, but #174 fixes it.
