Added debugging tools, bug fixes and telemetry updates

Please Note - For best performance make sure you have 8 GB of free RAM. Minimum requirement is 5 GB

Install

Run cf install-plugin -r CF-Community "cfdev"

This will upgrade your plugin to the latest version - v0.0.10
