Server starts twice when debug is true

Prateek patched this by taking out ‘self.debug = debug or True’ but I don’t believe the underlying behavior has been fixed

Debug is automatically used wihin conexion and starts whn achange is detected in the yaml file. it could be that the starting of the srevice is ok if you use debug. this is useful when debugging but not when doing pytests
