Dual stack support @ngoyal16 (#88) ## what

Memcache cluster can be run in 3 network modes - ipv4, ipv6 or dual_stack.
Underlying module already supports this parameter

It can be mandatory to enable it to be able to connect from dual_stack or ipv6 only runtimes
