• Allow sub-journals within journals
• Add search filters to exclude sub-journals
• Consider making all journals default to some root non-journal, and being generally recursive from there

Putting this idea back on the shelf for now. It was crucial to a particular workflow but I think using a simpler workflow and having less feature's is preferable for now:

• Support some form of Journal archiving, so you can make new journals easily
• Use Document searching #39 to allow searching by title
• Saved searches (on titles) and filtering out certain titles

Probably gets most of what you need and those features are needed anyways. Return to this another time.
