• code changes are in line with the PR description. The modules are in fact also running in regular HI RECO and make up for just under 1% of CPU there.
  • the code changes in this PR are the same as in For HI HLT: migration of 5 HI tracking modules to stream modules #11603 (76X)
  • only Heavy Ions applications are affected
• jenkins tests pass and comparisons with baseline show no difference

This pull request is fully signed and it will be integrated in one of the next CMSSW_7_5_X IBs (tests are also fine) and once validation in the development release cycle CMSSW_7_6_X is complete.
