Description of the bug

PMC's SG MD pings on PMC motions rather than USCM motions.

What's the difference with what should have happened?

PMC's SG MD should ping on non-WY rather than WY IFF.
Conversely, the gun's IFF is correctly set and bullets pass through PMCs with no issue.

How do we reproduce this bug?

  1. Spawn PMC SG
  2. Turn on PMC SG's Motion Detector
  3. Spawn fellow PMCs/ugly marines
  4. Move fellow PMCs and be annoyed at the endless pinging/move ugly marines and be entranced by the harmony of silence
  5. Profit???
