Description of the bug

When I was printing several peices of equipment in a queue, I noticed some additional napalm bombs had been added to queue, and could not be canceled. When the fabricator arrived at their place in the queue the interface crashed

What's the difference with what should have happened?

It should only have added the bombs I specifically set to fabricate.

How do we reproduce this bug?

1. Spawn in as GP
2. Attempt to fabricate a queue of napalm bombs (possibly other items as well)
3. Notice that some duplicate entries appear

Also happened to me, though it is just a visual bug and doesnt affect the actual queue. (Will only print the intended amount.)
