Updating Google Docs Meta Data

  • Added missing chng signals (flu)
  • Deactivated CAN
  • Added links for chng, doctor-visits, google-symptoms, hospital-admissions, combo cases/deaths, jhu-csse, nchs-mortality, quidel
  • Corrected which signal variant included the link, for many signals in fb-survey
  • Added 161 missing fb-survey signals
  • Amended long descriptions for hhs signals
  • Added 2 more links for fb-survey source
