Kusilvak County should be listed in Alaska, not California

Actual Behavior:

When searching for Kusilvak County, Alaska, the only entry that comes up is Kusilvak County, CA. When you select it, it takes you to Alaska. I suspect it's just mislabeled in the autocomplete file.

Steps to Reproduce the Bug:

1. go to https://covidcast.cmu.edu/?sensor=indicator-combination-confirmed_7dav_incidence_num&level=county&date=20201027&signalType=value&encoding=color&mode=overview&region=02158
2. enter "Kusilvak" in search box

Expected behavior

"Kusilvak County, AK"

Rating Scale (1 is minor, 7 is severe): 2-3. It's clearly wrong, and might confuse people from Kusilvak looking for information on their area, but when you select it it takes you to the right place.
