[hi] Localize Security Chaos Engineering

1. Please describe why this term needs to be added

The Security Chaos Engineering concept that exists in the English glossary on https://glossary.cncf.io/security-chaos-engineering/ isn't translated into Hindi currently.

As discussed with @Garima-Negi and @krol3 (as the glosarry-localization-hindi core reviewers) on 2023-04-24, this is part that needs to have some minimal viable translation.

I'd like to work on this and will get a PR ready to be sent as soon as this is assigned to me ☺️
