Please address the following changes:
- Revise the sentimental statement in the README to be more concise and consistent with the overall tone.
- Move the new file to the community directory and include the gratitude statement there.
- Update the line about TAG Chairs, Tech Leads, and TOC Liaisons to the improved version provided.
