目前上游仓库的token是创建同步任务时的一个可选参数，在使用syncNotFound这个配置或者之后的代理模式#571 (comment) 等自动创建的任务时没有办法再配置这个值了。
应该作为仓库的一个属性值记录在数据库中，可通过接口修改而不是通过任务的参数。
