• Fix the issue that restoring NuGet packages failed on mac-latest image. #1045 ではNuget.Configにリポジトリを足すことで解決したけど、Azure Pipelineで不具合が起きたので、別に紹介されていたホームディレクトリの下にあるNuget.Configを消すというワークアラウンドに切り換える
