目的 / Purpose

• サービス終了を通知する
• 仕様は未決定（仕様決定後、別途PRで修正予定）

変更内容 / Changes

• 新規インストール時（利用開始していない）、権限求めない。
• アップデート（利用開始済み）時、既存のカテゴリを利用。（接触情報の通知）
• 通知のタイミングは、接触確認のBGTask時に終了手続きをしていない場合。
• 特に頻度の調整は必要になる見込み
• すでに通知拒否されている場合は通知しない。
