This is the developer documentation for Neat.

Contributing

This documentation exists in the wiki in order to keep the master branch clean. I didn't want to add the release process and other developer-only documentation to the main branch so that it can remain nice and clean for end-users.

This does create a little risk of Github lock-in because I'll be using the Github site to maintain this wiki documentation but the wiki can be downloaded as a git repository.
