[Feature Request] Scrollwheel volume changes

The #1 reason that I used Magic Actions was a) dark theme (already present in this extension, yay!) and b) changing video volume using scrollwheel. This feature is so engrained, that I habitually scroll when I want to change the volume, even on other peoples' computers. Magic Actions is so horrible, and I was waiting for so long for an open-source alternative to come along!

I am so excited for this extension and I would love to see a donate button added! Thanks for all your hard work.

Go to Shortcuts and bind Scroll up to "Increase volume by 5%" then Scroll down to "Decrease volume by 5%" and you will have the desired effect :)
