Fit to window button not appearing in Chrome

When i opened chrome, there's suddenly no hamburger menu and fit to window even though i turned it on, when i turn off and turn on the hamburger menu, it appeared right back, but the fit to window button still doesn't appear

Same for me, even reinstalled and reconfigured the extension, all other buttons work fine.

Both of these features were contributed by volunteers less than a year ago. #1798 by @D-Rekk & #1842 by @pg2511.

So it is great to see they already must have a large crowd of users missing them, as soon as youtube updates /issues appear.
