Bug Report:

⚬ BUG:
Playback speed setting is not getting applied to streamed video VODs

⚬ HOW:
Open a non streamed video: Plays back at the set speed. (Tested video: o1qRzKuskK0)
Open a streamed video: Plays back at 1x speed. (Tested video: bmqnsYowEp0)

⚬ EXPECTED (/preferred) behavior:
All videos should respect the playback speed setting.

Setup:

⚬ Browser:
Chromium Version 91.0.4472.77

⚬ ImprovedTube Version:
91.0.4472.77
