Add Hide Top Progress Bar Function In Appearance Player

After discussing it with other members of the Issue, I added this feature to mask out the pink loading bar above the video.Hope it can be helpful.If there is any problem,I'm willing to revise it!

does the feature require CSS and JS? (Some of our features work with CSS only. If a feature requires JS, then often all of it can be in the JS file, if it isn't one that many people enable. - Maybe this one should always be enabled. Or at least we could make the indicator small & grey by default)
