Bundle Analysis needs to be available in the same way that coverage is from a pricing perspective.

  • If you have the developer (free) plan then you should get access to BA on public repos and on private repos for a single activated user up to 250 uploads (combined with coverage and tests).
  • If you have the team plan then you should get access to BA on public repos and on private repos for a all activated users up to ten up to 2500 uploads (combined with coverage and tests).
  • If you have the pro, enterprise, or a dedicated enterprise cloud plan then you should get access to unlimited BA for all activated users.

Conversation with Eli/Jerrod: don't feel it's necessary to count all uploads together for GA of BA.

The only part of this ticket necessary for GA is making sure that we activate users similar to coverage for usage of BA on public repos - no need for upload counts.

This should be done with: codecov/worker#654, I've asked @giovanni-guidini to verify
